Our main attraction is a long turf section. The turf provides a versatile training surface that is ideal for speed, agility, and plyometric exercises. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or a beginner, our turf area offers a dynamic and challenging training environment that can help you achieve your fitness goals.

We also provide cubbies and hangers for your belongings to ensure that you have a safe and convenient place to store your personal items during your workout.

A Stunning View and Convenient Location

Our gym offers a stunning view overlooking an ice rink. Not only does this provide a visually appealing backdrop for your workout, but it also creates a dynamic and energetic atmosphere that can motivate you to push yourself harder.

Additionally, our gym's location is highly accessible, conveniently located right off the circle of Route 33 & Highway 34. This means that you can easily and quickly get to our facility, whether you are coming from work, home, or any other location in the area.

Facility Health, Hygiene & Safety Protocol

Our health and hygiene protocol includes frequent and thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all equipment, surfaces, and common areas. We use hospital-grade disinfectants and follow strict cleaning procedures to eliminate any germs or bacteria that may be present. Our staff members are trained to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and we have hand sanitizing stations located throughout the gym.
